• While tire tubes are naturally water-resistant, apply a rubber-safe waterproofing spray for extra protection after prolonged use.

• Clean zippers periodically with a brush to remove dirt or debris. Apply a silicone-based lubricant if the zippers feel stiff.

4. Handling Tears and Ruptures

• In case of tears or punctures, your bag can be repaired just like a tire tube—with a patch! This eco-friendly material is easy to fix, keeping it functional for years.

5. Handling Minor Scratches

• Minor scratches are normal for upcycled material. For any major repairs, contact our support for sustainable repair options.

If the metal, plastic, or our upcycled tubes and leather ever let you down, we’ve got your back. We know what it’s like—riding hard, pushing limits—and our gear is built to handle it. If it fails due to a material or craftsmanship issue, we’ll either repair or replace it, no questions asked. But we didnt cover damage from rough handling or regular wear and tear. As for scratches, scuffs, or stains? That’s just part of the journey. A little grease, engine oil, or mud? That’s the badge of honor. And no, we won’t cover lost time, gear, or anything else that’s out of your control. This isn’t just gear, it’s tough, ride-ready equipment that stands the test of time—just like you.

Warranty Policy
Bag’s busted? No sweat. If it's covered by warranty, just send it our way – you cover the shipping, we handle the rest. Toss in your proof of purchase, and we’ll give it a look pronto. If it checks out, we’ll either fix it or swap it out. If we're low on stock or it's in the works, we’ll toss you a similar option to keep you rolling.

When you ship it back, use a solid courier with tracking and door delivery. Once we’ve got your gear, we’re on it. We’re riders, we get it – we’ll handle your warranty fast, fair, and with zero hassle. We’ve got a rep for treating our people right.
